Created by the Performing Arts Preservation Association

Once upon a time, on a little stretch of pavement called Grove Street, in the heart of Greenwich Village, Jazz was King, and its Queens were called Marie, Mabel and Gladys. Created by the Performing Arts Preservation Association and the brainchild of Broadway Producer William Repicci, this toe-tapping film captures a unique moment at the end of an era.

The film features the infectious piano jazz stylings of Marie Blake, Mabel Godwin and Gladys Easter, and received multiple airings on public television in major markets such as New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, as well as many other metro regions around the country.
